Once the Auto Backup option is setup in the system, the database and images of the ChequeMan software is automatically backed up in the pre-defined folder. In order to configure the auto backup process click on ‘Auto Backup Database’ option under the ‘Utilities’. The following screen will get displayed:

By default, the auto backup frequency is set as weekly and day and the time of the backup is also defined. The folder in which the backup has to be stored in also mentioned. This means that once 7 days have lapsed since the last backup, the system will take the backup of the database and images as per the specification provided, once you start the software. However, one may change the reminder frequency as per convenience.

Once done, click on ‘Set AutoBackup’ .

Click on ‘Exit’ to close the screen.
